As one of Myanmar’s leading insurance companies, Prudential Myanmar sought to expand its team of skilled insurance agents across three countries: Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia. To support this initiative, 2BYOND created a campaign showcasing the role of insurance agents as a pathway to income stability and high growth potential. Through a relatable narrative and an inspiring social video, we connected with job seekers in all three countries, positioning Prudential as an employer of choice.

Prudential Myanmar faced the challenge of limited awareness and understanding of the insurance agent profession within the country.
